Most of us are pretty busy in our day-to-day lives. When it comes to planning what meals you're going to make for the week, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. You may like to prepare meals in their entirety, so you've got complete meals on-the-go. Meal prepping refers to the act of preparing food in advance to not only save time, but to make sure healthier foods are consumed.

To become a bonafide meal-prepper, you'll want to set aside a few hours a week (it doesn't have to be a Sunday!) to buy groceries and make your meals.

You can strategically plan your recipes so that you utilize the oven and stove top in the most efficient way possible to save you even more time. Although these guidelines will yield you seamless, prepper-to-perfection meals, keep in mind this isn't the only way to meal prep.
